Meet Carrie and Craig, Your Interior Designers
Carrie Wilson
Co-Founder & Designer
Carrie is an interior designer driven by a relentless passion, bold creativity, and a love for transforming everyday environments into personal havens. She specializes in full-room transformations, with extensive hands-on experience remodeling living room spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and restrooms. Known for her fearless approach to style, Carrie is never afraid to take bold design risks when a project calls for it, expertly pushing creative boundaries to craft spaces that are both visually striking and deeply personal.
What truly sets Carrie's work apart is her incredible eye for the small, critical details that bridge beauty with day-to-day functionality. This precision was honed through her veteran career as an educator and intervention specialist. With years of experience managing diverse needs in the classroom, she seamlessly translates her sharp organization and empathetic approach into her design layouts. At C2IDesign, she blends her educator’s heart with her structural design skills, ensuring that every home remodel, holiday space, or sensory layout she curates balances stunning aesthetics with the ultimate level of comfort and utility.
Craig Hanthorn, PsyD
Co-Founder & Designer
For Craig, design is about the perfect harmony of order, history, and human emotion. He has always possessed a deep love for clean lines, decoration, and the art of curating spaces using unique, antique materials. A true holiday enthusiast, Craig’s passion for Christmas originally inspired him to handcraft custom bows and intricate tree toppers—a creative spark that quickly evolved into a broader love for traditional craftsmanship. After spending time immersed in the Amish community, he studied time-honored weaving techniques that directly inspired the creation of the signature C2IDesign Basket Line.
Beyond his sharp eye for "Modern Rustic" aesthetics, Craig brings a profoundly rare asset to the interior design world: his background as a licensed psychologist. He earned his PsyD from Arizona Global University and is the co-owner of a private practice, Performance Psychology LLC. Having spent over a decade working within public schools as a psychologist, administrator, and coach, Craig deeply understands how physical environments impact the mental well-being, behavior, and social-emotional growth of everyone. He knows exactly how to incorporate a cozy vibe to create that relaxing appeal needed in a room. At C2IDesign, he marries this psychological expertise with his creative craft, specializing in the development of intentional spaces—ensuring that every room we design actively supports the comfort, safety, and well-being of those who live and learn within it, while seamlessly incorporating a therapeutic spin when needed.
